Roshini Kumar, certified Pilates instructor and licensed psychotherapist, began practicing consistent classical Pilates in 2018 after hearing the quote:​

Intrigued, she began her Pilates journey and began feeling stronger, and unexpectedly, much happier. There was something about Pilates that felt very reminiscent of psychotherapy itself.
